Some products may be available for pre-order, including new releases, restocks of sold-out sizes, or limited edition drops.

Full or Deposit-based prepayment

• All pre-orders require either full or a deposit at the time of purchase, You may use any of the payment methods offered on the site, including PayPal and Klarna the latter of which allows for installment payments, subject to approval.

Pre-Order Confirmation and Final Payment

• Once the product becomes available, you will receive an email informing you that your item is ready. If you paid a deposit, this same communication will include instructions and a link to pay the remaining balance. Once your payment has been received, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Order Cancellation

• The customer may cancel a pre-order within 7 (seven) days of the order date, receiving a full refund via the original payment method used.
  To request a cancellation, the customer must send an email to team@sensationseekers.eu, providing all the information necessary to identify and properly process the request (full name, order number, and payment method).
  Once production has begun, it will no longer be possible to cancel the pre-order.

Returns After Delivery

• After receiving your pre-ordered product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery, following the instructions in our Return Policy.

Uninitiated Production

• If production has not started, ILINX Srl will cancel the pre-order, notify you via email, and process a full refund.

Refund Processing Times

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase and may take several days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
