Shipping

A shipping fee will be charged, which will be clearly indicated during the purchase process. To support business activities, ILINX may offer discounted shipping rates or free delivery and returns; these updated terms will be detailed on the website and during the checkout process.

Our domestic and international shipping partners ensure that all orders are delivered quickly, securely, and with full tracking. Once your order is ready for dispatch, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Europe: 1–3 business days
Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

Within Italy, shipments are generally handled by the courier SDA, while shipments to Europe and the rest of the world are managed by international carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Taxes and Duties

Shipments to all countries within the European Union are not subject to customs duties; therefore, the final price displayed at checkout includes VAT. International shipments to destinations outside the European Union are classified as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): the listed product prices do not include customs duties or local import taxes.

The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and local levies applicable in the destination country. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the recipient and is required to clear the order through customs.

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays to the estimated delivery times, as the package will be held until all payments and necessary paperwork are completed. Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import taxes, the package will be returned to us. We cannot predict the exact amount of taxes and duties that may be incurred; therefore, we advise you to verify these costs before placing an order. Shipping costs are already included in your final order total. In some cases, the courier may issue a separate invoice for local taxes to be paid.

To support the commercial distribution of certain products in specific countries, ILINX Srl reserves the right to apply a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping policy, with the updated delivery terms specified on the website and/or during the checkout process. In such cases, the listed price will include all applicable import taxes, customs duties, and local levies for the destination country.

Returns

You have 14 business days from the date you receive your package to decide whether to keep or return the items from your order.

If you decide to return your purchase, please email us at team@sensationseekers.eu, providing your order number and the email address used for the purchase so that our customer care team can locate your order.
Once your request has been accepted, you can return the items by attaching the return label (along with the customs invoice, if you are located outside the EU) that you received via email. Please ensure that the original shipping label is covered. Note that all items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and with their original tags and seals still attached, along with the original packaging and any accessories included at the time of delivery.

Items that do not meet the aforementioned return requirements will not be refunded.

Your return will be processed within fifteen (15) business days of its arrival at our warehouse, following the necessary inspections. Once processed, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
